About Us
JAMAL COUNCIL REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST is an independent nonprofit focused on community development. We connect local resources to deliver hands‑on programs that keep neighborhoods clean and homes safe: street cleanups, yard care, fence and roof repairs for seniors and low‑income households.

Our Vision
Every Chesapeake neighborhood is livable, connected, and resilient.
Goal 1
Deliver 10 Neighborhood Cleanup & Repair drives with resident participation.
Goal 2 & 3
Provide small repairs (roofs, fences, yards) for 20+ senior & low‑income households; launch a Micro‑Grant Fund ($1,000–$2,000 per idea) for resident‑led improvements.
Social Impact
